Responsibility

Optimized the Meta Pay checkout flow by designing the Incentives feature

Project One

Meta Horizon+ Premium Perks

#VR #Mobile #ConsumerFacing

I drove the end-to-end design of Premium Perks for Meta Horizon+, from concept to launch and scale.
This new feature reimagined the subscription experience by offering members free monthly rewards—such as in-world items, game items, and exclusive content—that deepen engagement in Metaverse.
My work spanned across VR and mobile, balancing user delight with monetization strategy. Premium Perks contributed to platform growth and improved retention by turning subscriptions into meaningful, rewarding experiences that brought more value and connection to the Metaverse.

Project Two

Meta Quest "Play Now, Pay Later" — International Expansion

#Web #Ecomerce #ConsumerFacing

"Play Now, Pay "Later" is a flexible financing program bundling Meta Quest hardware with subscriptions and warranty to make VR more accessible.
I supported the international rollout by localizing the user flow and adapting the purchase experience for new markets.
The program successfully drove incremental hardware and subscription sales and received positive user feedback globally.

Project Three

Targeted Promo Code

#Web #Dashboard #Developer tools

Targeted Promo Codes is a new feature in the Meta Quest Developer Dashboard that helps VR developers re-engage users who showed interest but never converted.
I led the end-to-end design work — defining the problem, synthesizing developer and user insights, exploring creation flow options, and delivering a scalable solution integrated into the existing dashboard.
This self-service re-engagement tool that empowers developers to run targeted campaigns, improves conversion potential, and establishes the foundation for a long-term growth ecosystem on Meta Quest.

Project Four

Pricing Tools – Empowering Developers to Optimize Revenue

#Web #Dashboard #Developer tools

In the Meta Horizon Developer Dashboard, I helped design a suite of pricing tools to support global monetization and developer success.
This included Country-Specific Pricing to unlock regional revenue potential, Price A/B Testing to help developers make data-driven pricing decisions, and Meta Credits integration to enable flexible in-platform transactions. These tools collectively improved pricing control, boosted app sales, and contributed to platform growth by aligning developer needs with global market dynamics.

Project Five

Developer Monetization Tools – Enabling Self-Serve Growth

#Web #Dashboard #Developer tools

I also helped design a set of self-serve monetization tools that enable VR developers to independently manage and grow their businesses on the Meta Quest platform.
My focus was on translating complex systems into intuitive, scalable experiences across key monetization surfaces—such as add-ons, subscriptions, pre-orders, promotions, Try Before You Buy and more.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I supported the launch of the Open Store on 2024 Meta Connect Event, which increased the app catalog by 10x, and the expansion of developer tooling across web and VR surfaces. These tools gave creators more control, increased revenue potential, and helped scale the developer ecosystem—turning Meta’s store into a more accessible and dynamic marketplace.
